Probably not. If I remember correctly these were based on Fiat 127 powertrain. You probably could swap in a 4x4 Panda powertrain relatively easily though.

I'm not sure, but I seriously doubt it. You could get them with a diesel though. They've become seriously rare nowadays, yet the majority for sale cost less than a grand.

No, due to a change in plans I haven't checked that car. I had to incorporate it into a day in which I drove from Groningen to München all by myself, so it was a bit too much. The ad is gone now, sadly.
